tiktok Marketing Intern
We're looking for a TikTok trailblazer who can take The Rogue Panda to the top of the FYP: to tell our story, build a community, drive engagement, analyze performance, and iterate. This person should be obsessed with content creation and community engagement on TikTok, and know the trends and how to participate in them. In other words, we’re looking for our CEO of TikTok. This means setting strategy, creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and using analytics to see what’s working.
Location: Miami
Hours: Part-time role, minimum of 10 hours per week, with option to increase
Duration: Minimum 3-month commitment, with option to extend
Responsibilities include
Developing a content and influencer strategy for The Rogue Panda on TikTok
Creating content and sourcing UGC for TikTok
Identifying and managing brand-aligned TikTok influencers
Spotting trends and developing creative ways for The Rogue Panda to participate in them
Engaging with our community to increase followers, overall brand awareness, and specific CTAs
Continuously measuring the impact of TikTok campaigns to determine what’s working and what’s not, and using insights to modify the overall strategy
Requirements
Voracious love and knowledge of everything related to TikTok
Experience building, optimizing, and scaling a social media campaign
